Adding Lyrics

From today all of the clips have been added to the timeline and integrated into the rhythm and beat of the music. Next I decided to go with the idea of adding visual representations of the songs lyrics into the video. This is to help reinforce the songs meaning.

To do this I used the text feature on final cut and positioned it over the video I wanted to add text to. I then changed the font of the text and colour to suit my tastes. Examples of the text I added include: DO THE DANCE, DIRECTED BY DAN OPIE, WITH THANKS TO etc.
