An update of the editing process! Over the past few weeks I have been carefully cutting my footage into clips and adding them to my timeline, attaching them to the song so that they are edited to the beat and rhythm. This is taking much longer than anyone else's project as my editing needs to be perfect and the clips are very small to keep up with the fast beat. Whereas other students can afford to use allot less editing and longer clips to match their song.
I am also unable to use the Final Cut Pro X Multicam feature which drastically reduces editing time as it matches the song to the lip syncing. Since I have no lip syncing this is useless to me and I must 'hand' match the clips to the right parts of the song.
